My name is Jade, and I’m the owner of a luxury hair salon with a team of 10 incredible stylists. I’ve been in the hair industry for years, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with quality hair extensions.

Five years ago, I set out to find the one  the hair I could truly stand behind. I trialled countless suppliers, tested textures, colours, longevity, thickness, blends, and wearability on real clients in a real salon environment. I was so picky, because I needed hair that didn’t just look good on day one, but still felt beautiful weeks and months later.

After five long years of searching, testing, rejecting, and refining, I finally found what I’d been looking for. That’s how The Luxe Strand Collective was born.

This brand isn’t just about selling hair. It’s about giving other salon owners and stylists access to extensions they can genuinely trust. Hair that blends seamlessly, colours that melt beautifully, and quality that holds up to real salon life.

I know how hard it is to build a salon, to create a reputation, and to put your name behind your work. I wanted to create a wholesale hair brand that supports salons, elevates their results, and helps them deliver luxury outcomes to their clients every single time.

Today, I’m so proud of how far this journey has come – from running behind the chair, to building a salon team, to now wholesaling The Luxe Strand Collective to salons across Australia and beyond. This is just the beginning, and I cannot wait to grow this community of like-minded salons who value quality, integrity, and luxury as much as I do.
