Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, all hair extension sales are final.

Once hair extensions have been purchased and/or opened, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances. This includes change of mind, incorrect colour selection, or length/weight preferences.

We kindly ask that all clients ensure they have selected the correct colour, length, and weight prior to purchase. If you are unsure, we strongly recommend booking a consultation or contacting our team for colour-matching assistance before placing your order.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, hair products cannot be resold once they have left our premises.

Aftercare Responsibility

All clients will receive an aftercare card with their purchase.

This outlines the correct maintenance, washing, styling, and care instructions required to maintain the longevity and quality of your hair extensions

Please note:

Failure to follow the recommended aftercare guidelines may result in reduced lifespan or performance of the hair extensions. We cannot take responsibility for hair that has not been maintained in line with our aftercare instructions.
